With 3 queen bedrooms + large rumpus and bunks, 2 open plan living areas, it can sleep up to 12 guests in total, both in air conditioned comfort. The rear deck has a year round covered pergola, so even in the rain and or the beating sun you can leave the doors wide open and enjoy the bbq, deck and outdoor games. All whist splashing out on the bean bags and resting those legs…

And how does an outdoor HOT shower sound? Under the stars on a cool night, after a long day in the sun…. Or if you’re not brave enough, then we have 2 indoor showers also.

The house has a flat screen TV and Infiniti gas hot water. Chromecast unit is there for streaming and if WIFI is needed we have plenty of that too.

The main house sleeps 7 and has recently been fully insulated and with the addition of a large heat pump for those cosy winter nights and to cool those hot summer ones. The cabin is brand new in 2024 sleeps another 5 and a seperate lounging area

Bikes, boats, kayaks, fishing, running, outdoors or just relaxing….? Spa, bean bags, glass of wine… while the kids amuse themselves on the trampoline…?
